3. Purchase / Closing

3.1 Goods presented in the rubric „Shop Good Stuff“ can be bought online via PayPal, in advance (Direct Bank Transfer) or are available on request. The latter occurs if you click on the "contact for price" or "email to purchase" button. By giving us the necessary informations (Name, First Name, Email) we will provide you with the price and more informations about the art work. In case it comes to an agreement about the purchase of the work we will send you an invoice to your named email address. Once we have received the payment the work will be shipped. The online purchases are operated by PayPal. If you click on the "PayPal" button you will be forwarded to PayPal. When you click on the "buy" button in the process of order, you state to fully accept this one without reserve. The data recorded by PayPal and Collect Good Stuff constitute the proof of the whole order and will be documented in an automatically email which follows the submitted order. 3.2 The presentation of goods on www.collectgoodstuff.com constitutes an invitation for the User to place a purchase offer rather than a legally binding offer by Collect Good Stuff. A binding purchase offer is triggered by the User by activating its “buy” button, thus dispatching its order. Acceptance of the offer is effected by dispatch of an affirmative e- mail. 3.3 The goods offered at www.collectgoodstuff.com are displayed on the website as digital photographs of the actual goods. Slight deviations between display and reality do not constitute a lack of quality of the ordered goods.

4. Payment

4.1 Purchase price and forwarding charges are payable without deductions right after the conclusion of the purchase contract. 4.2 Online payments can be made by PayPal. 4.3 Payments can be made in advance (Direct Bank Transfer). After your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the funds reflect on our bank account your order will be processed within the timescale stated on the article page.

5. Prices / Shipping Charges

5.1 Orders are subject to the prices named on the given article page as of the point in time of order placement. The prices are indicated in EUROS and include statutory VAT. All purchases are payable in EUROS. 5.2 Shipping fees are not included. The forwarding charges are governed by the volume and weight of the goods, the mode of dispatch chosen and the country of destination (EU). They are listed on the article page and in the context of order placement. 5.3 Where incorrect prices are named on www.collectgoodstuff.com due to technical errors and a purchase contract materialises on the basis of these incorrect prices, Collect Good Stuff is entitled to challenge the purchase contract even after having confirmed the order by e-mail, in which case payments already made by the User are promptly refunded.

6. Delivery

6.1 The delivery times are listed on the article page. The goods will not be dispatched until the customer has paid the full invoice amount. 6.2 Delivery is made to the address named to PayPal or during the process of the Direct Bank Transfer by the User, who is obligated to ensure that delivery can be made to that address during ordinary business hours. Its acceptance is delayed by the User, the latter is obligated to compensate Collect Good Stuff for the additional expenses incurred by Collect Good Stuff in its futile attempt at making delivery and for the storage and preservation of the subject consignment. 6.3 We are entitled to make partial deliveries to the extent that you can reasonably be expected to accept this practice, taking due account of the interests of either side. Additional forwarding charges, if any, will of course be assumed by us. The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of deliveries or services passes to you as of the date of hand-over of the given partial consignment. If we entirely fail to render outstanding partial performances or we fall into default doing so, you are entitled to rescind the entire contract or claim compensation in place of delivery unless you prefer to opt for the given partial delivery. 6.4 We request you to promptly give notice of any apparent transport damage to the forwarding agent as well as to Collect Good Stuff. Such notice, while not in any way curtailing the warranty rights of Users, makes it easier for Collect Good Stuff to assert claims of its own against the forwarding agent.
